TENNIS COURT LINE MARKING PACK – INSTRUCTIONS

Open box this side up and read MSDS sheets

Ensure the ground is clean and dry Empty all contents of box Flat pack the box to use as a movable ground protector Fit pole into extension fitting Fix roller frame to handle Secure both extension fitting and pole to handle with masking tape.

Lay spacers on existing lines or form new lines as per drawing Lay masking tape to either side of spacers – Walk on the tape to ensure good adhesion. Paint between each line within 15-20 minutes of laying tape. This may mean doing the court in sections or one line at a time.

When ready to apply coating Empty the contents of the box, flat pack the box Lay flat pack box adjacent to masking tape to prevent drips/spills on tennis court surface Put on the gloves provided Shake can for 2 minutes vigoursly Place can on flat packed box Cut black plastic fitting on lid clasp Open clasp on lid Remove lid from can placing on flat pack box Gently roll sleeve across top of paint in can Then apply paint between masking lines When each line completed, re-coat. This can de done after 5-10 minutes subject to temperature.

When all line marking complete, reassemble flat pack box and place all used masking tape in box for disposal.
